Booking & Cancellation Policy

To avoid disappointment we recommend you book your treatment in advance.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment to fill in your consultation form.

A credit card number is requested for all treatments to secure your booking – this will not be charged until the day of your treatment.

Late arrival may mean we are unable to honour your booking, or your treatment time may need to be reduced – the full treatment cost will still apply.
