Book Online Consultations

Online Consultations with Dr. Li

In light of the current conditions, some Dr. Li's TCM Clinics will be temporarily closed.  If you would like to continue with your consultations, or review your personalised tea packages, Dr. Li is providing you with the opportunity to book an Online Consultation session and purchase your teas through our online store.

Online consultations will run in the form of a 20 or 45 minute Skype session, during which time you will speak with Dr. Li who will provide you with support and advice, or help to tailor a tea package to your current needs.  Simply book your online appointment here*, then call Dr. Li on Skype at your assigned appointment time (or email drli@tcmclinic.com.au with your Skype name and Dr. Li will call you).

* How to Book an Online Consultation
  1. If this is your first time booking clinic services online for our Lane Cove clinic, please fill in the form here.
  2. Then use the link above (or click here), and log in using the credentials you created with the form above. If you are an existing customer, simply click the link and log in using your existing online store log in details.
  3. The 'Appointments' tab, then choose 'Online Consultations' from the 'All service categories' drop down, and click 'Search'.
  4. Select an appointment time that suits you between the hours of 9am and 2pm (Monday-Friday), book and pay for your appointment.

Order Personalised Teas Online

If you are a regular client at Dr. Li's TCM Clinic and you currently have a treatment plan that includes personalised herbal teas, you are welcome to maintain your tea orders by purchasing them online and having them posted to you.  If you would like to take advantage of this option, please phone Dr. Li's TCM Clinic Lane Cove on (02) 9418 3778 to discuss your requirements, then order your teas online here.

Please note that the teas are priced at $15 for a one day supply, and will incur a $8.95 shipping & handling fee.

If you haven't tried our personalised teas before, please consider booking an online consultation to discuss your needs and receive recommendations, then order your supply online.

Online Health Assessment - Tongue Inspection

It's easier than ever to make time for a TCM Health Assessment with Dr. Li's TCM Clinic. 

  1. If this is your first time booking clinic services online for our Lane Cove clinic, please fill in the form here.  Then using the log in details you created, click the 'PURCHASE' button and checkout to order an Online Consultation.  If you are an existing customer, simply click the 'PURCHASE' button check out using your existing online store log in details.
  2. Simply take a photo of your tongue as illustrated in the sample image.
  3. Click the 'Email Now' button and attach your photo to send it directly to Dr. Li (drli@tcmclinic.com.au).  Please ensure that the subject line reads, 'Online Consultation - [your full name]'.

Following your application, Dr. Li will personally review your information and provide advice for an appropriate personalised treatment plan via email.
